  • There’s something for everyone in Weymouth – and this attractive terraced property echoes the town’s all-round appeal. Located close to the Rodwell Trail walk and cycle route, it’s less than half a mile from Weymouth’s bustling harbour where you’ll see luxury yachts, fishing trawlers and RNLI Lifeboats. Pass time in the quayside shops, inns and eateries, book a boat trip along the Jurassic Coast or walk to Weymouth Pier then Nothe Fort for stunning sea views plus a maze of underground tunnels and secret passageways. On the other side of the harbour entrance, Weymouth Beach is a gorgeous arc of golden sand adjacent to the town centre. With shallow crystal-clear waters, seasonal lifeguards, donkey rides and old-fashioned entertainment, this is a prime spot for family fun. Less than a mile to the south, more secluded Castle Cove beach lies within Portland Harbour, close to Sandsfoot Castle and Gardens. Further west, pebbled Chesil Beach stretches nearly 17 miles from Portland to West Bay, while 15 miles in the other direction, Lulworth Cove is world-famous for its panoramic views and equally unique geology. Inland, county town Dorchester is a vibrant destination with shops, restaurants, galleries, museums and family attractions to suit all tastes. Unpack and forget about your car for a few days – this charming property is ideally located for exploring Weymouth and its surrounds on foot, with the Rodwell Trail providing a traffic-free route between the heart of town and Sandsfoot Castle, where you can then join the South West Coast Path.


    A traditional bay-fronted façade and steps up to the front door welcome you home, move from the hallway direct into the dining room and living room – two lovely social spaces linked by folding doors and each with a feature fireplace and warm-toned, wood flooring. A comfortable choice of lounge seating is arranged before the Smart TV; in the dining room there’s a staircase to the first floor, doors into a rear hallway, and easy access to the kitchen where you’ll find all the must-haves of home. A convenient ground floor wet room is close by. Upstairs, a family bathroom serves three dream-inducing bedrooms – take your choice from a king-size room, a double and a twin-bedded room.


    A well-lit hallway links the kitchen and dining room to a courtyard garden at the rear of the property, which is fully enclosed and furnished for outdoor drinks and dining. A raised border adds plant interest, while outdoor lighting allows you to enjoy this lovely garden space after dark.
