The property was spacious so worked well for 3 couples, and it was in a nice area, so could walk to the shops and eateries at Marsden cove. The bath would have been a nice feature but had brown stains all over so nobody felt inclined to use it. Also there was no usable outdoor furniture. Would stay again if basic maintenance was carried out.
