Liked: Staff & service
Old building and elevator and hot water are slow to get it going but overall good hotel with helpful staff, services and sparking and walking distance to the village and hiking trails.
Appreciated the great bedding, comfy bed & lovely set up for 3 adults to use a room for one night. Coffee pod coffee was delish this morning.
Location to Whistler Centre and great restaurants and shops too made this a great stay.
Friendly helpful staff too! Lastly the hot tub was FAB!
Great hotel, right in the Whistler village with access to all the village restaurants and tourist spots. Staff was wonderful and room was spacious and clean. Their parking was full, but there are public lots available nearby.
This hotel met all my needs. The room was very clean and the bed was very comfortable. They also allowed my dog for a $25 surcharge. We were only there one night and didn't use the amenities so I can't comment on them. The staff we met were friendly and helpful.
We stayed in the room with loft and sofa bed. Check in was seamless. Parking requires staff to open the gate from the lobby (exit has sensor). Reviews in the past noted small parking stalls but some were large enough to accommodate larger cars. Location was amazing in the heart of the village. Staff were very nice and helpful. Would definitely stay again.
The rooms were quite large and clean with beautiful views! It was great to have a soak in the rooftop hot tub with a brink after the Fondo. We found the staff to be very warm, welcoming and friendly!
Nice staff. We booked a suite with kitchen and the bedroom on second floor. Quite interesting. Located in the village is great, easy to have a walk around the area. The hot tub was bonus for my daughter.
The staff was so welcoming and friendly. They provided suggestions for things to do and where to eat. The view from the room was excellent, and our timing was perfect to see the jumps during the bike event right from our balcony. Conveniently located to walk around the village.
We booked a loft room for 1 night but when we arrived we were upgraded to a suite with mountainview so that was nice! They also gave us 2 complimentary drink vouchers for their restaurant. The room was really spacious with mini kitchen facilities and it was quiet. Bathroom was clean. Bed was comfortable but blankets were a bit thin. The heater was very loud when you're using it at night. The couches in the living room looked dated but otherwise no complaints. Parking is $37.80/night.
