The Space:

Firelight glows in the sunken living room, conversations linger a little longer, and the quiet of the neighborhood settles in around you. Here, you can unwind in a calm alpine setting while remaining just minutes from the heart of Whistler Village.



Living spaces

Vaulted ceilings, exposed beams, and expansive picture windows shape the main gathering areas, giving you an inviting place to settle in after exploring the trails or slopes. The sunken living room centers around an indoor gas fireplace, perfect for cozy winter nights. A separate media room with a TV offers a dedicated space for movies or downtime, making it easy for groups to spread out while still staying connected.



Kitchen and dining

The full kitchen is designed for easy cooking and shared meals, with generous counter space and a seamless connection to the living area. The dining table comfortably seats eight, while the breakfast bar provides additional room for casual mornings. Slow winter dinners feel especially welcoming here, warmed by the nearby fireplace and the atmosphere created by the open layout.



Sleeping arrangements

All four bedrooms sit on the upper level, creating a sense of privacy from the main living spaces. The primary bedroom includes a king bed, vaulted ceilings, a TV, a walk-in closet, and an ensuite bathroom with a jetted jacuzzi tub and a glass-enclosed shower. A second bedroom offers another king bed, vaulted ceilings, a TV, and its own ensuite with a glass shower. The third bedroom features a queen bed and a TV, while the fourth includes a twin bunk bed and a TV, well suited for children or additional guests. A shared bathroom with a bathtub and overhead shower complements this level, while an additional bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower is located on the main floor. Air conditioning with individual controls in each bedroom ensures year-round comfort.



Outdoor living

Glass sliding doors open to a covered patio where you can step out into crisp winter air and enjoy the stillness of the surroundings. Outdoor furniture and a BBQ are available when weather permits, offering flexibility during milder moments of the season.

Guest Access:

Guests will have full, private access to the main residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. A single-car garage provides parking for one vehicle, complemented by a driveway with space for two additional cars. Check-in is contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.



A tenant resides in the separate basement suite. A quiet long-term tenant lives in the attached basement suite. The garage is partitioned into two sections, with one space reserved for the tenant and one exclusively for guest use. For your privacy, the tenant does not have access to the guest’s side of the garage or the home.
