The Space:
Breathe in the crisp alpine air as you step onto a private deck framed by panoramic mountain views. After a day on the slopes, sink into the steaming waters of your hot tub or slip into the heated pool as the sun sets over Whistler’s peaks. Evenings linger by the glow of the outdoor fire pit, where you can watch the stars emerge in the vast night sky. Every corner of this home invites you to unwind, recharge, and savor the beauty of its surroundings.
Sleeping arrangements
The chalet offers a selection of bedrooms designed for privacy and comfort. On the upper level, the primary suite features a king bed, a sitting area with gas fireplace, and a private deck, along with an ensuite that includes heated floors, double vanity, soaking bath, and glass-enclosed shower. A second primary also holds a four-poster king bed with scenic views, private deck, and ensuite bath with soaking tub and dual vanity. The third bedroom includes a double bed and a loft with an additional double bed, served by an ensuite with shower. On the main level, a California king bedroom with sitting area connects to a full ensuite, while a nanny room offers a single bed and TV with its own ensuite. A guest powder room adds convenience, and the lower level provides a fifth bathroom with steam shower.

Kadenwood is Whistler’s most prestigious ski-in/ski-out neighborhood, perched 1,000 feet above the valley floor in a private forest setting above Creekside. Accessible by a scenic mountain road or its own private gondola, Kadenwood offers unmatched seclusion and panoramic views. While just a 10-minute drive to Whistler Village, guests enjoy direct access to Whistler Mountain’s slopes and the quiet luxury of a mountainside retreat.
Getting Around:
Kadenwood offers the luxury of ski-in/ski-out access and a private gondola, making mountain living effortless. Given its secluded and exclusive setting, our team is happy to assist with organizing a rental vehicle or private car service for seamless access to dining, shopping, and exploring Whistler beyond Creekside.
Other Things to Note:
• Kadenwood construction. As one of the newer neighborhoods in Whistler, several homes remain under construction in Kadenwood. Construction is most active from May to October and is permitted from 8 am - 8 pm. Guests may experience construction noise from heavy machinery, cranes, other construction-related vehicles, and workers. During the summer months, accommodation rates have been adjusted as compensation for any potential disturbances from nearby construction.
• Security cameras. Please note there are exterior security cameras installed at the front, above the garage, and pool of this property.
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted in this home
