The main living area, kitchen and dining space, is filled with natural light thanks to many windows looking out onto the wraparound deck. The deck looks out into the beautiful complex garden and feels secluded thanks to being on the upper level of the building. It is equipped with patio furniture and a BBQ, making it a perfect spot for enjoying a quiet morning coffee or a family evening in the sun. The primary bedroom is furnished with a comfortable and cozy queen bed, and has the added convenience of a large ensuite bathroom for privacy. The guest bedroom features a twin over queen bunk bed, accommodating additional guests or children. In the living room, you'll find a Smart TV and a cozy gas fireplace, creating a welcoming atmosphere for relaxation and entertainment. The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped, allowing you to prepare meals and share quality time with your family. This home comes equipped with two portable air conditioning units for those hot summer months.

Granite Court is just steps from shops and restaurants at Whistler Marketplace and a short walk to Whistler Village gondola. The convenient location allows you to utilize the free bus shuttle service to the lifts of both mountains at Whistler and Blackcomb! The complex features a securely gated, underground parkade.
