    The Space:

    Snow settles quietly on the evergreens while the slopes of Blackcomb Mountain draw skiers out for fresh tracks. After a day outdoors, warmth from the indoor fireplace and the quiet comfort of a forested setting make returning inside especially satisfying. From the ground-floor setting, the rhythm of mountain days flows easily - step out toward the ski run, return to soak in the hot tub or heated pool, and unwind as evening settles over Whistler.



    Living space

    This ground-floor condominium places you close to the slopes and the village while offering a comfortable indoor retreat after time outside. The living area feels bright and inviting thanks to west-facing bay windows that frame views of the surrounding forest. Settle into the seating area to watch TV or relax by the indoor fireplace as snow falls outside. A patio extends from the living room, offering outdoor seating and a BBQ for guests who enjoy stepping outside for fresh mountain air.



    Sleeping arrangements

    The condo accommodates up to 5 guests across two bedrooms and additional sleeping space in the living room. The primary bedroom features a king bed, TV, clothing storage, and an ensuite bathroom with a glass-enclosed shower and rain showerhead. The second bedroom includes a king-split bed, TV, and closet space. In the living room, a sofa bed provides an extra sleeping option. A second bathroom offers a soaker tub with an overhead shower.



    Kitchen & dining

    A full kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals during your stay, whether you're starting the day before heading to the slopes or gathering in the evening. Granite counters and stainless steel appliances provide ample workspace, while the dining table seats six for shared meals. Casual seating at the breakfast bar adds space for quick bites or morning coffee. The home also includes a washer and dryer for added convenience during longer stays.



    Amenities & building features

    Guests have access to a heated saltwater pool and hot tub, as well as a gym with essential equipment. Underground parking is available in the building, and ski-in/ski-out access makes reaching the slopes simple without driving. Additional features include Wifi, a dedicated workspace, and a private entrance. An elevator serves the building, and the home itself is single level with no stairs inside.



    Neighborhood

    From the rear of the property, Merlin’s ski run provides direct access to Blackcomb Mountain. The Upper Village is about a two-minute walk away, offering dining and shops, while the Whistler Village Stroll can be reached in approximately fifteen minutes on foot. Lost Lake lies within a twenty-minute walk or a short cycle away, and the nearby free village shuttle provides easy transportation around Whistler.



    Perfect for

    This home is well suited for guests who want easy ski access and a comfortable base in Whistler. Whether returning from the slopes to relax by the fireplace, soaking in the hot tub, or enjoying quiet forest surroundings, the setting supports relaxed mountain days throughout the winter season.



    Ski access is dependent on weather and snow conditions, and may vary each season. Typically, ski access is available from late December to late March. Our Guest Services team can confirm snow levels before your arrival upon request.



    Guest Access:

    Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is provided in the underground parkade, along with access to the ski locker room and building amenities, including the heated outdoor pool, hot tub, fitness centre, and front desk service. The building features an elevator from the parkade for easy access. Guests will receive detailed check-in instructions prior to arrival, with keycard access provided via the front desk or lockbox for after-hours arrivals.



    The Neighborhood:

    The Woodrun Lodge is one of Whistler's most sought-after locations. It is conveniently located close to the lifts on Blackcomb Mountain in the Upper Village and features a pool, hot tub, and fitness facility. Enjoy the serenity of the mountains, with a short 10-minute walk, or a 5-minute free shuttle to Whistler Village. Access the ski-in/ski-out via the ski locker room to find yourself at the Blackcomb Gondola in a matter of seconds! After a day on the hill skiing, hiking or biking, enjoy a soak in one of Whistler's largest hot tubs at this four seasons property.



    Getting Around:

    • Direct access to Merlin’s ski run from the rear of the property

    • 2-minute walk to Upper Village

    • 15-minute walk to the Village Stroll

    • 10-minute walk to Chateau Fairmont golf course

    • 20-minute walk or 5-minute cycle to Lost Lake

    • A 2-minute walk to the small Upper Village Market

    • A 5-minute drive to Fresh St. Market for your grocery needs.

    • Free village shuttle (Route 5) Leaving from the reception, walk for two minutes, and then turn right at the junction, you will see the shuttle stop.



    Other Things to Note:

    • Construction Notice: Please note that neighbouring units will be undergoing renovations from May 1 to June 30. Guests may experience noise on weekdays between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM due to construction activity, including the use of power tools. If you have any questions or would like more details before booking, please contact our team. Accommodation rates have been adjusted to reflect the potential disruptions.

    • No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms.

    • Maximum parking clearance is 6'8 in the underground parking. There are 3 over-height parking spots located by the cul-de-sac on Spearhead Place available on a first-come, first-serve basis. No parking pass is required as Whistler Municipality manages the spaces. You must park between the parking signs or you may be towed and/or ticketed.

    • Secure, shared mountain bike & ski storage available – bring your own lock. Please note: skis and bikes are not allowed inside individual units.



    Interaction with Guests:

    Our concierge team is available 7 days a week to assist with anything from ski rentals to dinner reservations. While you’ll enjoy complete privacy during your stay, we’re only a phone call or email away should you need assistance.

We absolutely love the coziness of Woodrun Lodge 107! We love its proximity to both the hill and village and as well the in house laundry and kitchenette! We definitely will be back and would recommend to any family or group looking for comfortable and well rounded accommodation!
