During your stay in a quiet residential area of Whitby, across the river from the centre of the town, you’ll be just 0.5 miles away from the grand Larpool Viaduct and the Waterfall Cottage Nature Reserve is 1.5 miles away. Whitby’s centre is 1 mile away, where you’ll find seafood restaurants, cafes and quirky shops. Take a picnic to Whitby Beach (1 mile) or Pannett Park (1 mile). Visit the local attractions such as the Dracula Experience, the Captain Cook Memorial Museum and Whitby Pavillion (within 1.5 miles). Stroll around Whitby Abbey, walk down the 199 Steps and stop at the Whalebone Arch (1 mile).
