The apartment was just perfect.
The apartment was just perfect. It had absolutely everything you would ever need. It was home from home.Views from each window were a delight. Tom the owner was so helpful and friendly you would think you had known him for years. My son who is 14 years old didn’t won’t to leave which is testament to the perfect holiday.

Apartment set in a quiet village with stunning views in all directions, hilights included watching sheep, hens and rabbits through the windows. Easy access to the coast and the North Yorkshire Moors. Kitchen was well equipped with everything necessary to prepare a meal. While apartment was really clean and the beds were really comfortable. Will be visiting again.

Wonderfully clean and very well equipped apartment that had everything we needed (and more!). Some very thoughtful welcome items on arrival. Cleaning equipment provided too which is a very welcome surprise. Although Commondale itself may not have the local facilities, it really isn’t very far to several local supermarkets and pubs. And it is right on the moors for walks and within easy reach of the coast for Whitby, Robin Hood’s Bay etc - so a great location for us walkers! Peaceful and quiet with only the sheep going by - we had a lovely week here. Thank you.
