St Mary’s Riverside is a charming ground floor apartment in the idyllic village of Egton Bridge. The property has undergone comprehensive refurbishment and has been converted into a beautiful apartment. With its river frontage views, private parking, and prime location just a short drive from Whitby, St Mary’s Riverside offers both modern comforts in an exceptional setting. If you're looking to explore the scenic beauty of the North York Moors National Park, this is the perfect base for your stay.
The Space:
This modern apartment, located on the ground floor, features two bedrooms and has been stylishly decorated throughout. The flat also includes a dedicated parking space for added convenience.
The cosy kitchen is fully equipped with all the essentials for cooking, including an oven, hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, kettle, toaster, and cookware. There is ample cupboard space, along with complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar.
The family bathroom, situated next to the kitchen, includes a bathtub, separate shower, sink, and toilet. Towels and linen are provided for your stay.
After a long walk in the North York Moors National Park, unwind in the comfortable living space, which includes a sofa, armchair, and a flat screen TV for your entertainment. Enjoy breath-taking views across the River Esk as you sip your morning coffee from the comfort of the living room. The dining area features a table with seating for four.
Both bedrooms offer peaceful views, and the master room has a luxurious double bed, making it a perfect place to relax. The second bedroom, located at the front of the property, is beautifully decorated and features twin single beds that can be joined together to form a super king-size bed. If you'd like this set up, please let us know in advance so we can arrange it for you.

The keys to St Mary’s Riverside are accessed via a secure key safe and full details will be provided shortly before your arrival date.
Private on-site parking is available for one vehicle.
Children must be supervised at all times in the garden as it backs onto the River Esk.
