“The cabin itself was decent. Small, but decent and served the purpose I needed better than a basic motel room. I didn't like that it was literally in the middle of a trailer park and that I had to park partially in the driveway, but if you're not worried about your surroundings, it was just fine. It was well equipped, close enough to walk to multiple food / coffee options, and the area as a whole was super charming. Mostly, I just didn't like being situated in the middle of a trailer park.”

“The property sits on a beautiful piece of land with the river right at it's footsteps. However, the railroad also sits very closely to this property, like about 500 ft. I never saw mention that the trains run 24/7 blowing their horns all night long. My husband and I got absolutely no sleep after driving all day. I did find some earplugs in the bathroom the next morning but if I have to wear earplugs to sleep at your property, I'll pass. This wasn't a cheap night of no sleep either. I am a former……

“Loved our time here. Big, comfortable, clean house. The views of the Columbia River Gorge and Mt. Hood are spectacular. White Salmon is a pretty little town, and the bigger, fun town of Hood River is just over the bridge.”

“Stayed here with 4 adults and 2 toddlers to attend the cider festival in Hood River. The house was very clean and spacious, lots of parking outside. Location was quiet and convenient to walk to several restaurants. We had a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to book again. Be prepared to pay a $3.50 toll each way to cross the bridge to Hood River.”

“The property was well equipped and appointed. Did have some challenges with the stove, heating and television/controls instructions. It was a good visit and I was grateful I had such a convenient place and clean to be.”
