They never bother you and are there if you have any questions....It is PERFECT..”

“Very nicely decorated 3/2 manufactured home! Really loved the layout and the master suite is massive! That shower, tub, and bedroom is sooooo nice! However, I think the water is well water or reclaimed and has a funky smell, but thats the only complaint. It's on a dirt road that I don't think is mentioned, but that dirt is well packed to bring a trailer across.”

“When I opened the door I noticed right away the place was very clean. The kitchen is well stocked as is the bathroom toiletries. I reached out to the owner and she responded within minutes. Communications are 5 stars. The property is well maintained. The neighbors we met where very nice and easy to get alone with. Which is a plus. Washer and dryer worked great for us. If you want a quiet place on the river this is your spot. .”

“Loved this area, the property, and the loft. I wish there'd been screens so I could let the fresh air flow instead of using the wall unit and the bed was very soft so not great for bad backs. But otherwise, the place was very clean, cozy, and we could see all the stars in the sky!”

“Cathy was very friendly and the site is very welcoming. She invited us to meet her horses while staying, which our son loved, and brought us fresh fruit during our stay. The site is quiet, peaceful and pet friendly. We were in a large 13'6" high super C and found it easy to enter and exit the site even at 39' feet while towing a 25" trailer. We will be back.”

“The house was large and roomy. The property manager was very attentive and helpful with anything that we needed. We loved the grounds and the pool was great! We were disappointed that the listing stated that there was a hot tub, but there isn't one and also it claims to have 2 queen beds in the 2nd bedroom, but there is only one. This posed an issue for us for one night, but as some of our guests left, we made it work. Overall, it's great and we would rent it again.”

“The owners thought of everything to make our stay comfortable. The house is spacious and nicely furnished. A true split floor plan for privacy with plenty of room for relaxing. So many thoughtful touches (Kurig coffee pods, snacks, nice towels and sheets) with a location close to the Suwanee Music Park and an easy commute to Lake City. We really enjoyed our visit.”

“Clean, nicely appointed house with nice amenities. All the little extras you did not think or forgot to bring. A small charcoal grill, wood for fire pit, even fishing poles for the pond! The massage chair and retro style video game arcade are nice touches. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and our host was responsive to questions and attended to every detail. Would definitely stay here again!”
