Such a relaxing break

We chose this location to work remotely at for a week for a change of scenery and had such a restful time. The pool made it feel like a real treat and something unique we couldn’t get at home, and the location was so quiet and peaceful. The house was gorgeous, cosy and well-presented, and there was plenty of space for more than the four of us! We didn’t get out much as we were all working during the day, but honestly we were happy with the countryside views and taking an evening dip in the pool and hot tub! The hot tub itself could have been warmer, but it was by no means a downer. Location was a bit difficult to find without instructions on the listing, but the property owner was easy to get hold of and helped us find it (postcode isn’t quite where the property is). We will definitely be back in the future either as a couple getaway in one of the smaller cottages or as part of a group again! Thanks so much for a lovely week.

Beautiful cottage very clean , loved the pool and sauna also the laundry was an added bonus, everything is catered for ,the owners are very generous ,Toilet rolls ,washing pods ,Towels ,cleaning products the kitchen has everything you could possibly need .There is a DVD player in the lounge and both Tv's in the bedrooms have one too, we took ours but didn't need it . Very peaceful which we loved but we found it a little too remote mainly as we had our children with us and they obviously wanted to keep busy , no shops or pubs within walking distance so if you are ok driving its great. I am sure that if we were not dealing with Covid there would be more places open locally .We visited a few beaches and we were lucky with the weather considering it was October ,Wales is gorgeous and we didn't want to come home to Smokey Birmingham lol. Actually got to see the stars at night whilst at the cottage. Review independently collected and verified by Reevoo

Ysgubor Uchaf is a lovely cottage situated in a stunning, peaceful location.

Ysgubor Uchaf is a lovely cottage situated in a stunning, peaceful location. It was great to be out in the remote parts of Wales, yet with access to lots of lovely beaches, coastal walks and towns, all within less than an hour's drive. Fantastic cottage in a beautiful part of Wales.

Fantastic cottage in a beautiful part of Wales. The cottage itself had everything needed and more, the owners even provided milk and welcomed us on arrival. The pool area was superb, especially for the kids on days we didn’t want to head out. The only negative for some in the family (7 of us went) was the distance to proper supermarkets/places to visit like Tenby (around 25 minutes). A great, relaxing holiday in the heart of wales countryside.
