    Tastefully furnished, this 2 bedroom apartment is an affordable option that offers a great proximity to the marina where all the restaurants are located. With a spacious balcony and BBQ, kitchen and full air-conditioning, this apartment would suit a small family or couple.


    A buggy is also included which is perfect for exploring the Island.

Dated and tired

The communication was excellent; however, the property was old, quite musty and dirty and needed a total revamp. For the $, this was not great value at all. More suited to younger uni students!

Great location

Our stay at Oasis 17 has been very comfortable, situated nicely between the marina and One Tree Hill. The apartment has a large deck at the rear that overlooks the marina and airport runway, and a very clever electric screen that can lowered to reduce glare on the deck and inside the apartment as well as provide privacy and protection from insects if needed. There is a Bluetooth sound bar and subwoofer to connect to your own device for music, Blue-ray player and large screen TV in the living area. There were also a heap of power points which also had USB sockets to charge our devices. We were lucky enough to be on the island before the main resort was open so has been relaxingly quiet. Access to One Tree Hill to watch the sun setting is only a short buggy ride, less than a couple of minutes and is a must while you are staying here. We also enjoyed bush walking the many trails around the island, especially to the new lookout on Passage Peak, amazing view of the Whitsunday islands. The only issue we’ve had is with the Internet not working through the wifi and had contacted the booking agent a couple of times to resolve and hadn’t been fixed during our three-night stay. This could be due the internet being disconnected during the COVID-19 close down. All in all we really enjoyed our stay at Oasis 17.

My wife and I rented for 5 nights. We found the place perfect for our needs from layout to views and availability of golf buggy. Comfortable bed and good sized bathroom with a nice covered in/out deck. The place is great for a couple or two, or a family. We chose to take advantage of the restaurants, but is well set up to cook and dine in. We would definitely stay again.

Clean with big balcony!

The apartment was lovely, clean and the owner Peter was very helpfulwhen I needed a baby seat for the golf buggy that came with the apartment and communicated well! The balcony was large and suitable for my family.

Oasis 17 - Hamilton Island

Enjoyed our stay in the facilities. Comfortable and convenient living. Kitchen well catered for. Good privacy on great deck with remote screens. Would gladly book again. Criticism - would prefer a lock on glass door out of main bedroom.
