“The issue was mainly on the room. Dirty towels, left over soap from previous guest, & cockroach’s. With seeing a dirty restroom made us wonder if the bed was actually clean or simply made.”

“Not as updated as other BWs. Pool was under renovations- which was disappointing cause it’s one reason why we chose to stopped here for the night along our road trip. The bed was not comfortable at all. Breakfast was good. The cafe was tight space. Overall this place is ok but not matching the nicer BW standards we’ve stayed in before. They can use some updating.”

“I was there 5 days. Easy access from road. Fast check-in & helpful, friendly staff. Common areas: Clean, inviting lobby with 24/7 hot beverage area (warm Otis Spunkmeyer cookies one night!). Location: 11 mins from Sheppard AFB (my main goal), & the local nature center (lovely, inexpensive, & one of the only things to "do" in Wichita Falls). Within 5 mins of Braum's (delish ice cream treats & good burgers) & Masala & Curry (excellent Indian restaurant). Parking: Just enough. Front spots……

“Room was quiet and clean. Breakfast was the usual standard, no dairy free options for milk or yogurt which would be too much to expect. Staff not available at checkout. All contact was at check in.”

“NATE gets 5 STARS ALL DAY. He is at the front desk and was Amazing!! He has checked me in twice now at this location. He always greets with a smile and is super sweet. The 1st stay was great King size bed was comfortable. 2nd stay--HORRIBLE. Nate still gets 5 stars BUT the mattresses in the Double Queen room were absolutely horrible. Not just one of them BUT both of them. I can't believe they have not been replaced. The dip in the sides by the nightstand are VERY NOTICEABLE. Very……
