"This is a fabulous property! Complementary drinks and snacks for happy hour and a gorgeous rooftop bar and Italian restaurant with the most delicious food. I also had the best espresso martini of my life. The rooms were clean and beautiful with a great view of the mountains. The rooms were also very spacious. We all truly enjoyed staying here. "

"Amazing hotel! Warm greeting and great drinks at their cocktail bar. Room was beautiful, elegant and I loved the decor. Breakfast was included and absolutely wonderful, loved the overnight oats & frittata. Will definitely be returning! My only slight complaint was that the steps walking down to Biltmore Ave. were steep, uneven and no handrail. I didn’t have any issues with them but it felt a little treacherous any time we had to use them. "

"Such a perfect central location, within a few blocks of everything you'd want downtown: restaurants, shopping, the art museum... The most comfortable cloud-like bedding helped us relax and sleep in. The staff were so friendly, and gave us a list of area recommendations upon checkin. We tried the Bargello restaurant and had a delicious breakfast. No coffee makers in the room, but they have a great complimentary coffee service in the lobby bar. Highly recommend this hotel!"
