“This place is amazing. Ryan was good to deal with and responded quickly to messages. This house is located near the dam and has a great view. Our family had a very good time there. The yard is big enough to play games and enjoy the outside. we caught fish and our grandson flew a kite on the dock. This was our first trip that we took our little Chihuahua Charlie with us and he enjoyed laying on the dock soaking up the sun. This place is definitely a favorite of ours and hope to return soon. “We had a great time. The house is about 200 yards to the water. Sandy beach front as well. House is well organized with cabinets labeled. There is a showing in the guest bed room and a very large bath tub next to the master bedroom. Dogs loved it as well. It’s awesome to have a place that accepts large dogs. Thank you again for the stay we will definitely be staying again.”

“We absolutely enjoyed this house. Feels like home. Very clean and so peaceful. They have anything you could possibly need. Our lab enjoyed the trip as well. The ONLY thing I would suggest with bringing a pet, make sure your dog isn’t picky. There isn’t much grass for them to use the bathroom and it was a fight every night. No fault to the home owners at all..it’s camping life. Maybe we just have a spoiled pup lol. We will be back!”

When it rain the large covered porch was perfect. The scenery was very calming. Loved every min of our stay. Our family from California said (can we stay here next time we come to Texas?) so I quesadillas we will be back.”
