Beachfront Condo

First-floor unit with kitchenette & one full bath in Carriage Stop; just steps from the beach

Sleeps 4-6—The bedroom has two full beds and a small TV. The living room has a futon bed, a 50-inch smart TV, and a Blu-ray DVD player. WiFi is included. The balcony/common area has an ocean view. A one-car permit (in the top kitchen drawer by the window AC) allows parking on the service in the borough, where you have a meter spot. Wildwoods/Cape May area attractions are minutes away. Public transportation is available to the Wildwoods boardwalk and other attractions.

Please note the following check-in details:
The condo is at Carriage Stops Condos, Wildwood Crest, NJ. It is on the first floor by the pool and looks more like a motel office.

Per the HOA, no pets are allowed.
The lockbox code will be provided a day or two before your check-in. The unit key is in the lockbox.

Please bring your bed sheets, pillowcases, blankets, and towels. There are two full beds and a full-size futon bed.
The shower knob/handle is a little stiff. Pull this out and then turn on hot or cold water.
The trash dump is on the side of the property on Atlantic Avenue.
The outdoor shower is on the side of the property. Please don’t bring sand into the apartment, as it can cause plumbing issues in the shower drain.
Please bring your toilet paper and paper towels.
Please clean the kitchen at check-out, including pots, pans, and the refrigerator.
At your check-out, please place the key back in the lockbox.
