Second level has 3 large bedrooms. The Master bedroom has a king size bed and a full private bathroom. An additional full bathroom connects to the hallway and to a large bedroom with 2 twin beds. We also have another room with a king bed. The last room on the second level works as an additional sitting room; wet bar complete with sink, refrigerator, and wine cooler. This includes bedsheets for all beds, towels (bath towels, hand towels, and washcloths), toilet paper for each bathroom, and paper towels. Tenants will need to bring Extra Pillows and Blankets, Additional Personal Toiletries, Groceries, Paper Products, Beach Equipment, and Beach Towels. Throw Pillows and Bedspreads are provided. Additional Linen and Beach Equipment Rentals are available through Beach Home Cleanings, LLC

Once a reservation is confirmed on our end, your actual payment is taken, reservation confirmation sent, and lease is generated. Once the lease is signed by both the property owner and tenant, then your reservation is final.

The Powers Group Vacation Rentals Cancellation Policy: Any payments put towards a reservation total are refundable, minus fees, once the dates have rebooked at the original rate.
