We really like this property. Well maintained. Good location. Far enough away from the boardwalk but still an easy walk when you want nightlife. Umbrellas at the pool were a nice addition this year.

I recommend...

If you are planning a stay in Wildwood Crest, I recommend this property. I have been renting vacation condos for many years, and this is one of the best that I have used. The description and pictures are very accurate. It was spacious, full of sunshine and comfortable. The beach is a very short walk and there is a view of the ocean from the balcony. The outdoor area was excellent with a large pool, shower, hot tub and new gas grills. Many local restaurants and attractions are within walking distance or a short drive.

If only it was quiet!

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit we rented was beautiful, spacious and a great location. The owner and realtor were helpful and responsive. However, we would not rent that unit again because there were extremely loud people right above us that kept us awake two nights. Turned out it was the daughters of the person who owned that unit (not our landlord). We almost had to leave when we found out they would be leaving the next day. We also talked to some other renters who had similar problems with their units. The Crest has always been family oriented so we're not sure if this has changed. It was not the fault of our landlord, but unfortunately we would not choose to go back for this reason. When I say all night, I mean from 11:30 pm to about 4AM. Kept everyone in the family awake.

Unit was clean and kitchen well-stocked. Love the location close to the beach and enjoyed watching pickleball every morning. Powers Group was quick to answer any questions. They informed us the day before arrival that, unfortunately, the elevator was out of order and would be fixed as soon as possible. That was a little inconvenient, but we managed the stairs for a few days. Loved having the storage unit to put our beach things away each day. Definitely staying here again next year!

A very nice location

A very nice location and wonderful facilities. The apartment was spacious and worked well for our growing family. We were disappointed that we had to clean when we arrived. Late August rentals should be just as clean as Memorial Day. The pool was very nice and the beach was perfect. Loved Wildwood Crest!
