“Spent a spring weekend here with my wife. The cabin was lovely with a nice deck out back for enjoying the birds and the wind in the pins. Plenty of places to just walk around and enjoy nature.”

“Very well equipped and comfortable!! Indoors is very quiet and pleasant. Is located on a busy street so the patio area had a lot of traffic noise, however they do have a lovely sitting and hammock area further away from the street which was very pleasant.”

“Every amenity you might imagine you’ll need at a vacation rental, this home has. The kitchen is very nicely stocked with nice dishes and pans, as well as basic cooking spices and such in the pantry. The yard is spacious and lovely. The location is ideal, a short driving distance to the town square. Probably could walk to it easily. Very nice!”

“Just the easiest trip ever. Clear instructions and "rules" arrived several days before the trip. I took my mother for Mother's Day Weekend and she just loved it. The two bedrooms both had comfy beds. Super cute patio, where we had our coffee (pods included in the rental!) and cinnamon rolls (not included, but that's ok!). Overall, highly recommended for folks wanting to stay close to Downtown Prescott.”

“Spacious for a group of 6. Kitchen was well stocked with utensils, pots and pans. Washer and dryer are on site. Dog friendly. Located close to downtown. Parking is not a problem. ”

“This house was perfect for our needs. My retired husband and I stayed in the main house and our adult son, wife, and two dogs stayed in the guest house. Everyone was comfortable and we enjoyed the proximity to downtown for our dinners, or ice cream. We enjoyed the shaded patio and the fenced yard for the dogs. We would definitely stay here again!”
