Just a very nice room

Very nice room but was expecting to do a little cooking or at least a microwave and people walking around upstairs made a lot of noise on the very creaky floor

The property was very nice and convenient for our needs. It would be nice to have individual temperature control of the room. It was a little too warm for my wife and I to sleep comortably.

We booked this for two night, only ended up staying one night. The listing does not say that there is no air conditioning at this property until after you pay. We were there in July it's hot regulations of where you are. The bed was different than the one in the picture. The mattress was horrible and I'm sure the absolute cheapest anyone could buy. The same for the bedding the cheapest sheets and blankets. Cheap bedding is hot,and it feels scratchy. We left early because the bed hurt both mine and my husbands back and it was too hot to be inside with only one fan.

Beware of the Quarter Horse Inn

No check in email until I called, no AC, (another couple that arrived on Friday said they saw there was AC also) Little to no maintenance, rotting and warped floor boards on wrap around deck, stubbed my toe on a warped floorboard at night. Fortunately I didn’t fall. Need better lighting on deck. Listed complimentary water in the refrigerator in the common room. Very little water there. No one came to check on property or to restock anything. Landscaping needs to be taken care of. Surrounding fence falling apart. Noisy road. Will not return.

Clean but Noisy

We decided to book a stay off the grid from the main town for some much needed peace and quiet, but the guests above us ended up being very noisy really early each morning and late into the night, leaving not much sleep for us. Check in was a little hectic, as we didn’t realize the property management team who over sees the property sends a completely separate email with check in instructions and we had to contact VRBO directly to find this out. 3 body towels for 2 people for a 2 night stay wasn’t ideal, and no room service is offered for a replenish. Keep in mind there is no AC unit, but a small fan is provided. The property and room was clean, so that was a plus. We will not be staying here again, and opt for a hotel instead.
