“The outdoor spa tub was broken, the water in it was full of garbage (the kids were disappointed), there was no ping pong table like in the photo, the curtains in the living room were dirty, there was no laundry detergent (had to call for delivery) and not enough quilts ( Had to call for delivery), mice were running from the ceiling at night.”

“The location of this house is stunning. It's on a peninsula that sticks out in to Clear Lake, and then it itself is on its own little rocky promontory that sticks out from the peninsula. The house is about 50 feet up from the lake. The upshot of this is that you get an amazing view of the lake from sunrise to sunset, and due to it sticking out to the lake a bit, a lot of the local birds use the updraft it creates. The bird life is fantastic! We saw Bald Eagles, an Osprey, a Red-tailed Hawk, a……

“Very nice property. From the instructions, it seems as if the renters had bad experiences in the past, which is really sad. The rental was very clean, location spectacular, truly million dollar views. We had a wonderful time. We hope that future renters can respect their property as their own so that the warnings don't have to seem so restrictive and negative. This is a lovely place and should be treated as such.”

“I have stayed in various properties on the Lake over the last few years. This was BY FAR the best one. Everything in the description is accurate or better. Impeccably clean, every you need, nice linens, plenty of towels, equipped kitchen, beautiful fenced back yard with fire pit. The dock was amazing and the mini-patio in the middle was a nice feature in the evenings. Host was very responsive when we wanted to extend our stay. I rate this property A+++! The second kitchen was a bonus and made the stay that much more comfortable. “The house is great! Perfect for our family. It has two separate living spaces. We put the party crew in what we called the frat house, which has the pool table wet bar and bedrooms. The babies and older crew stayed in the main house.”
