The air conditioner was not working in the lobby nor the breakfast area it was really hot. Also, the room wasnt clean had a lot of mold around the sink in the bathroom. Walls were nasty! Stains in carpet and on mattress pad.

The hotel was hot! An employee told me that the air-conditioning was broken. The swimming pool was cloudy looking. The ice machines on floors two and three were out of order. I had to wakeup the employee to setup the breakfast area at 6am. The breakfast area was supposed to be setup and ready to go at 6am. He admitted to "over sleeping". The carpet on the thrid floor was awful. It looked like someone had poured bleach on the carpet in several places. There was very poor security lighting in the parking lot. I felt worried about my vehicle being parked in the hotel parking lot at night.

RUN!!! DO NOT STAY HERE! Run away from this property! When we went to our room the thermostate said 83 degrees....Wc got there at 1am after a long day at Colonial Williamsburg and fireworks etc....We turned the air down, and upon waking up it was STILL 83 degrees.....We went down for breakfast and it was HOT there too! We left and just bought breakfast, as it was incredibly hot and there was little selection! Additionally, the property is very worn out in general....olots of wear and tear in the carpets and rooms, etc.
Thermostat photo in our room....As you can see this is awful and unacceptable! Again, DO NOT STAY HERE!

Very clean and close to Colonial Williamsburg. Didn't like that there wasn't a coffee machine in the room. Breakfast was very lacking. Scrambled eggs were powdered. The room for breakfast didn't have A/C very warm. No tea bags and the bagels were small frozen ones. So the free breakfast wasn't great.

The property was extremely dirty not to mention how terribly stained the carpets were. This property has 66 rooms and only one luggage cart. We had to wait so long for the cart that we left to get a bite to eat first. The air conditioner was leaking and the carpet in the room was wet from the window unit to the bed. We asked them to fix it and they never attempted to do it during the 3 nights stay. Their complete disregard to these details was very unprofessional to say the least. Breakfast was late by 45 minutes 2 days in a row. The hotel had a very musty order and lacked air conditioning in the elevator and in the breakfast room. I would never recommend this hotel.

The property really needs some updates. The wifi is not reliable. The TVs have cable antennas. So if the satellites are not picking up a signal the channel will not come in. The nightstands do not have charging ports. The pool area bathroom not working. The parking lot on the side of the hotel has no lights.

This is an older hotel and it showed. The staff was great, friendly and helpful. The room itself was fine, but shabby. The TV had reception issues and only had 1/2 the channels available. There was an electrical outlet by the desk that was hanging out of the wall. The AC unit leaked water on to the floor, making half the carpet wet. The jacuzzi was broken, the shower in the room was stained. Breakfast was basic, but ok. The staff told me the hotel is scheduled to be renovated in October. Nothing was bad enough to make me leave, but collectively it was disappointing.

We had an enjoyable stay at the hotel. The hotel was quiet and the rooms were comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. However the rooms could use some renovation especially the showerhead in the bathroom which we had some trouble with. Overall the location was good and we would visit again.

This property was very much just OK. When we first arrived, we were sent to a room that had not been cleaned. That was quickly resolved. Inside everything is pretty rundown. The hot tub and several chairs in the pool area were broken. The carpet in the halls was very stained. Breakfast was limited. There is a broken and abandoned car by the dumpster. The room itself was clean and functional. The shower design was not good because the curtain kept sliding into the middle which caused the floor to get soaked. It was OK for one night, but I would not stay here again or for an extended day.
