"I have mixed reviews. Location is wonderful. Staff is very friendly. Hotel is very clean. My room was on the smaller side for a king bedded room, but livable as its an older hotel. Bathroom was small. My rating is due to 2 things. It took over 20 minutes to check in. That's really unacceptable for today's standards. A second person finally came out to help. The second incident was at the bar. We were seated for over 20 minutes again and were completely ignored. We gave up and left."

"I have been coming to this resort for the past six years, but this time was the worst experience i have ever had!!!everything started great until the next day, when a stupid family checked in the upper unit of our unit! They have some stupid kids that kept running, and screaming until almost 1am, we couldn't go to sleep, because of the noise, and i had to call the front desk several times so they can send security to calm them down, but unfortunately security showed up almost 2 hrs later, and things could have escalated badly, and thats when i decided ro drive to the front desk to solve this issue!!! All they could do was moving us to a different unit, and it was almost 2am, and we were told , we would go back to our inial unit the next morning, coz they would either move the other family somewhere else, or even kick them out. The unit were moved to was so filthy to the point we couldn't even sit on the couch. I had to cover it with bed sheet, the carpet was so dirty, everything in the unit was outdated, unlike the 1st unit we checked in, it was renovated. And clean.The next day we were told the manager didn't approve us to move again to a different unit, and we had to stay in that filthy apartment. All personnel were unhelpful, and stupid for not making right and fixing the issue in a proper way. I think this time definitely will be the last time i would ever step a foot in this stupid place."

"Pool was closed due to glass broken. Maybe wouldn’t have happened if they had better supervision on property. Kids are running around the area, climbing on the rocks by the waterfall,etc. furniture it’s very dated and uncomfortable as a rock! Golf carts are constantly going and very loud! Checking in I told the gal my husband had a heart condition and she put us on the second floor and NOT walking distance to the pool/ammenties!! "

"Room was spotless. Recently refurbished and cleaned to an extremely high standard daily. Lots of fresh towels, replenished daily. Strangely, the tap had to be run for a good few minutes before any hot water would flow. Not sure if this was a room (425) or hotel issue.Also, out of the 6 pillows provided on the two queen beds, only one was remotely comfortable. The rest felt like they were filled with rolled up socks. "

"My booking was for two nights, but we only stayed one night due to the hotel’s poor conditions. The room was dirty, and the mattress sheet had what appeared to be blood or wine stains.We requested the front desk to change the sheets. The floor was very noisy, with a group of students staying on the same floor who were screaming and slamming doors until mid night. The hotel staff was not helpful, and communication was difficult as housekeeping staff did not speak English. Although we paid for two nights, we had to leave the next day due to these issues."
