Great condo, prime location.

This is a fantastic condo. Located near all the amenities that we have access too. My daughter was playing a big two day golf tournament, so the proximity to the putting green and course was golden. The owners communicated well and description was spot on. It was very clean, comfortable and attention to detail was great. My favorite part was the king size bed!!!!! So so so comfortable. I really enjoyed the property and will book again.

I was working at Busch Gardens this week, so the short drive to the park was great! The resort is very pretty with lots of walking trails, houses, trees, and plenty of deer. We will definitely come back to stay at Kingsmill Resort.

Wonderful Stay

We greatly enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was super clean and very well appointed with everything we needed. The hosts were very responsive and easy to get in touch with to coordinate our stay. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do, both inside and outside of the resort. We loved this condo and will definitely stay there again in the future.

Excellent Getaway

Celebrated anniversary and it was an excellent spot; clean, quiet, secured and comfortable. I surprised my husband with this for our anniversary and he was elated and want to return.

Excellent stay!

We stayed at this property 8/19-8/22 and could not have been happier! We had plenty of room for our family of 4, our kids shared the pull out couch and had more than enough room. Kingsmill is a great resort with so much to do! Be sure to ask the hosts for resort guest passes during your stay so you can use all of the kingsmill amenities (lazy river/game room/indoor/outdoor pools). The hosts were extremely quick with responses and we had no issues with our stay. We ate at some great nearby restaurants, played a lot of mini golf and had a relaxing stay. Our only complaints are a moldy shower curtain and noisey neighbors our first night, still wouldn’t hesistate to book again!!

Just okay

Was a nice location…beautiful back views…but the bed and the sofa were VERY firm and if sitting on the sofa you had to sit straight up. The bathroom faucet needed adjusting because faucet for cold water was loose and was hard to make it stop. Had to watch the toilet handle and make sure it went level so toilet wouldn’t continue to run. My main complaint was that the walls were thin as paper. Could hear all the neighbors conversations and the cleaning people slamming doors when coming and going.
