We did communicate to Michael that the hot tub was a little dirty when we opened it and the shower lacked pressure and he was responsive and said he would take care of them. responsive when we raised a couple of issues and said he”

“The cabin was impeccably clean and well-stocked. The view is incredible! The weather was cool and rainy so we didn’t utilize the decks or the fire pit. We were able to squeeze in some hot tub time which was exceptionally clean and relaxing. Bed was comfy. We definitely enjoyed our stay.”

“The tiny house is exactly as described. Its small, clean, cozy and comfortable. The location right on the river is fantastic. Being able to have a fire right by the water each night was such a plus. In better weather would be a great put in for canoeing, kataking. Very close many historic sights, unique shops, and outdoor activities. The hosts are very thoughtful, kind and responsive. We will be staying again!!”

“My partner and I booked this place for a little birthday getaway with our dog. We wanted somewhere with access to cute little towns and hiking, but that also provided us that West Virginia woodsy privacy, and this spot was perfect! Countless awesome hiking spots within 30 minutes. We day tripped to Frederick, MD one day (a little over an hour) and fell in love with the town. Berkeley Springs is an adorable town (though many tons are shot down this time of year so it was a little hard to plan……

“It was a group of 4 of us for my birthday. I wanted a place secluded from people and this was 100% the place! It literally had everything we needed all in one spot. Water, fishing, fire, hot tub, beautiful view, bird watching. We were lucky to not have anyone staying in the cabin directly next to the one we chose. I think that’s the only downfall with this place is that there is one other cabin only feet away from the one we stayed at. I also would have preferred two queen beds instead of one……

“This was a lovely house for our family to stay while we explored Harper’s Ferry. We could easily walk to town or the trails, and it had plenty of space for two teenage boys (while their parents enjoyed the hot tub!). We would definitely stay here again!”

“Nicely appointed and cozy "cabin" with ample room. Appreciated the dog friendly policy and the ramp entrance to the porch. We visited in August for a quick weekend get-away that wasn't too far from home in PA. We brought our 10-year dog, and she loved the easy access and environs! Enjoyed the hot tub and porch to watch the wildlife. Perfect balance of feeling "getting away from it all" yet being close to recreation opportunities and Berkeley Springs. Thank you!!”

“My husband, myself, and our 11 and 14 year old boys stayed at the cabin for Easter and it was PERFECT. We have made Easter small cabin getaways a tradition for many years, but our usual rental has been unavailable. I wasn't sure what to expect with 4 people and a small dog in such a small space for 2 days, but we had the best time! The boys opened their Easter baskets on the porch and I hid the Easter eggs all around the outside of the cabin. I loved that we could detox from phones/TV and the……

They were so gracious about letting us borrow a crockpot when I realized I had forgotten mine. The best part was an evening by the fire pit down at the river. Magical.”
