The staff (the owner) was doing his job fine. But, the place really needs to be renovated and cleaned up to the standard. The carpets throughout the hotel did not smell right. Once you walk in, you smell cigarettes. The breakfast choices are toasts and cereals. Very simple. The worst thing was the beds. The top cover and pillows were smelly and could not fall asleep easily. Had to put towels on the pillow to muffle the smell. I understand that the price was lower but had to meet the standard and at least offer a comfort to the guests. We could not walk around with bare feet on the carpet or felt anxious to sleep on the beds.

Very run down. Smells bad as soon as you enter. Horrible cigarette smell in my "no smoking" room. (There's a sign on the table that says "no smoking"). Next day, at the seminar that I was in town for, I felt itchiness on my neck. On my lunch break, I found red bumps on my neck. Itchy as hell. I called Expedia and asked for a refund of this horrible place. I told them I'd speak to the front desk first though. Apparently they called the hotel anyway because when I got there, this homeless looking front desk (maybe manager?) guy had a terrible attitude with me and said that he had checked me out (I was there to do that anyway), and I should grab my things and leave his hotel (that was my plan) because of the stunt that I pulled. I asked him to explain. He complained that I asked Expedia for a full refund. Well, no sh** Sherlock. Isnt' that what anyone would do after being fooled (by Expedia) into staying at a hell hole? He also said I tried to use the hotel as storage. ?? Isn't that what a hotel is? A place to leave (store) most of your things, while you go to work? Moron. I showed him my bug bites. He said it was from shaving. Total denial. And I hadn't shaved. As the day went on, the bites showed up above my eye and arms too. (I don't shave my arms you idiot). Anyway, this low class half-wit was very aggressive with me. I felt that if I said something wrong that he would get physical with me. I kept my cool and left. This place should not be in business.

De toute ma vie je n'ai jamais séjourné dans un endroit aussi malpropre: draps sales, douillette déchirée, salle de bain malpropre. Au déjeuner nous n'avions pas droit à du vrai jus mais une sorte de jus en poudre Tang ou l'équivalent. Le personnel du front desk a été très adéquat. Vous ne devriez pas faire figurer cet hôtel dans vos recommandations, si non je ne me fierai plus jamais à Expedia pour mes réservations

I am not a picky person at all and I am very easy going. But I was shocked upon seeing the gross conditions at this hotel. I arrived about 2 am and was shocked to see the bed at my room. There were two large yellow stains at the middle and there were hairs on the bed sheets and pillow cases as well. I went back to the front desk to ask for another room, they gave me another room but that was no better. They said the first room was even better and said all bed sheets are washed. I was seriously concerned about the possibility of bed bugs or other health issues by using their bed or towels. I spent the night in my car and couldn’t even go back to the room to take a shower (due to my health concerns about using their towels as well). I left the key on their counter early in the morning not to go back even for my second night of stay. They refused a refund!

Most people tend to leave reviews if they've had an outstanding time or an unimaginably horrible time. Unfortunately this is for the latter. We walked in seeing the no smoking sign and as soon as the door opens, we smell cigarette odors and weed. I understand that this not a fancy hotel so I was willing to overlook that. The horror truly begins when I entered the room. Give the fact that Halloween is around the corner, it seems like the rooms is quite fitting for such a holiday. It looked like one of the rooms that a hit man would rent to dispose of a body or harvest an organ. The bed was stained with who know what kind of stains. The bathroom door lock was missing, the window was cracked and I'm sure that was blood stain that was on the wall. It is an excellent place to stay if you were looking for the organ trafficking themed room. Moving on to the free breakfast. I am not a picky eater but what they offered was more of a joke than anything. It looks like the food was whatever snacks they had left over from their movie night. They had Sunny Delight as "orange juice" and what appears to be left over donut holes that they didn't finish from the night(or days) before. Free breakfast from the listing means free food to look at.(Not sure anyone is brave enough to actually eat the offerings) Overall I am surprised that Hotels.com is still listing the place despite all the horrible reviews. I think you will be better suited looking for an airbnb or go camping instead.

Super gross place

It smelled like smoke in the lobby and on every floor including the non smoking floors. The entire place is run down and literally being held together by duct tape. The bathroom was moldy and dirty. I was concerned with using the towels and sleeping in the bed. The bed also had comforters that could’ve been from the 70s and had holes in the them.
