Host was very slow to responds, 2-3 day. when she did she made some financial adjustments. VRBO took my calls right away and started working on a solution. in the end we were able to enjoy the apartment we stayed in and received a partial refund for……

“We arrived early and couldn't go to our room yet, but surprisingly, they wouldn't let us store our luggage for free; we had to pay. The same thing happened at check-out. I've never experienced anything like this before. The only advantage here is the convenient location, although the room is near the street and quite noisy.”

“Check in was easy. We received helpful videos showing each step of getting into the building.The unit was clean and neat. Even being next to a busy bar it was quiet. The backyard was nice in opening up the apartment. The shower had good pressure and the water gets hot quickly. The combo washing machine/dryer is very convenient. “It was not where it was listed but it was a good spot just had one set of bunks so one adult slept on the top. It was in the garment district near the empire state building. There was one bedroom with a double and the main part of the apartment had the other double with the bunk beds. The kitchen was good and stocked with basic dishes. The bathroom is good not but only 3 towels but the brought us a fourth one but not any wash cloths. It had a great breakfast place below that had bagels, eggs,……

“Not far from Hudson River park for pets, short distance to subway. Easy access to/from Lincoln tunnel. Much of midtown was walkable, everything that wasn’t was easy to get to from subway. Nice bathroom, legit kitchen, everything easily accessible by the guest.”

“The location was a great landing point with air conditioning and comfortable beds. The MTA was a 5 minute walk so getting around was easy. And of course there were tons of food options everywhere! Would definitely stay again!”
