「Close to Humbolt, Redwood and community park. Downtown Arcata is also a short 10-15 minute walk. Property is clean. It’s a bit challenging that there’s no food prep area or kitchen sink. Had to wash dishes in the toilet. A small basin would be great to rinse coffee cups and small plates.」

「Julia's guest house, which is attached to the owner's actual home, was a very pleasant place to stay especially for someone traveling alone. It was very comfortable and felt very safe. The neighborhood is quiet and residential, off the beaten path but close to everything.
