Formerly The Rising Sun School House, this property was a one room school house for decades. Later in its years, it was converted to a residential dwelling. With around 1800 square feet.

Pictures just dont do this place justice. It's absolutely adorable! We felt right at home in this quiet spot, reading on the porch, watching and hearing the horse and buggies. 15-20 mins from everything. Tyler was an attentive host... just perfect! We are already planning out next trip!

Very special home away from home
This is a very charming, clean, quiet and comfortable retreat. A great place to stay while visiting family in Lancaster County. An historic one-room school house converted to an open concept living space with three large, very comfortable bedrooms. The beds and linens were super comfortable. Great outdoor space with firepit, hot tub.
