This top floor, end unit at Duneridge Resort, Wrightsville Beach's premier oceanfront complex, offers the best views on the island!

Nicely decorated and lovingly maintained, this unit has been recently updated and continues to please its numerous repeat guests. This unit truly has the most incredible view on Wrightsville Beach. You can see all of Wrightsville Beach, Shell Island, and Figure Eight Island. There is a breakfast nook that oversees the ocean and marsh. Enjoy a movie in the large living room with plenty of seating for the entire family. The master bedroom has a full size private bathroom and ocean views. The two marsh side guest bedrooms have a queen size bed and two twins. These bedrooms share a full size hall bathroom.

The oversized oceanfront balcony is perfect for your morning coffee, or simply taking in the evening ocean breeze. Take a dip at the centrally located pool. Feeling active? Pick up a game of tennis at the on-site court. With all there is to see and do at Duneridge, you may never have to exit your vehicle from the covered parking!

Enjoyed it all
We thoroughly enjoyed the stay. The views couldn't be beat and the location is very nice. The unit is as advertised and will hold a lasting memory for all of us as we got to watch our son propose to his then girlfriend on the beach with us on the balcony!

Million dollar views but this property is definitely in need of a deep cleaning and updating. Cabinets, floors, counters are all sticky. Old furnishings, bedding etc should be updated.

Best Condo Views in WB But Not Safe During COVID-19
We had a lovely stay with two issues that any other renter should about. The 4th floor condo had views all the way from Johnny Mercer pier to Topsail. It was convenient, clean, and well stocked although the furniture is worn, faded, and dated. I mean mid-'80s dated! Two major issues though. First and foremost, the woman manning the check-in is not wearing a mask and seemed rather insulted when I asked her about this. There was no hand sanitizer or signs asking people to keep their distance. She interacts with renters from all over and IS NOT FOLLOWING REGULATIONS DURING COVID-19. It says a lot about Intercoastal that they do not have a policy about keeping their clients or staff safe. The other issue is that the seals are broken on numerous windows in the unit and you can't see out of them. I would not rent this unit again until these two issues are fixed.
