Enjoy the breeze as you sit and watch the sunrise over the ocean on one of the two decks offered at this recently remodeled first floor, end unit condo. There is plenty of natural light and beautiful ocean views from every room and deck. This is a 1 bedroom 1.5 bath unit.

Our condo sleeps 2 with a quality mattress on a queen bed in the bedroom . There is also a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The fully equipped kitchen meets all your cooking needs, and includes a dishwasher and microwave oven along with a Keurig coffee maker and a regular drip coffee pot. There is a washer/dryer located off the bedroom for your convenience. Bed linens and towels are provided as are cable TV and WIFI. Onsite parking for one vehicle is provided.

Relax at the beach or pool, just steps from the door of the condo. Take a short stroll to Freeman Park drive on-beach, and the fishing pier ( which houses a tackle shop, restaurant and tavern that overlooks the ocean). It's a short drive to the Carolina Beach boardwalk where you will find unique shops, restaurants, bars, party boats, beach rentals, fishing charters and an amusement park (during the season). Down the road is the Carolina Beach lake and park, paddle boats, Kure Beach and KB pier, also The Aquarium at Fort Fisher and the history museum. The ferry boat to Southport, a quaint town, is a great experience !

Overall, we enjoyed the property. It had all the amenities one would need just like home. The covered parking was really nice as it was raining on our day of departure. Communication with the owner was very quick and professional. They even had beach toys to borrow. Would stay again.

Perfect view! Surprisingly what you see is what you get. It looks exactly as the pics. This unit is perfect for 2 or 2 2 kids (has pull out sofa in living room & a Jack & Jill bathroom was extra special.) We'll have to bring our kids there! kitchen fully stocked with appliances and all the comforts of home (even a Keurig.) large counter & cooking space or if you prefer, you can walk to a bar/restaurant. What I loved the most was the ocean view. I could hear & see the waves splash on the rocks even though it wasn't ocean front...that view was perfect for me each time I sat on the balcony. You need to visit THIS space & wind-down (wine-down.) Forgot to check my email & get my code for check in, no problem a quick text to the owners & BAM...code came quickly. clear precise instructions on everything you would need to do (trash & parking.) Washer & dryer included. Area felt safe & was super quiet. Upstairs neighbors one night were a little noisy late night, but we made it through. Dirty dish left in dishwasher & blankets could have been freshened up a little but not a deal breaker. That was the worse I could say about our reset stay! We'll definitely be back...I loved this place & the Island. Just book this one, thank me later, it's worth it!

Our grandsons first Thanksgiving 7 months old
We had an amazing time! The views from the condo were breathtaking. We have stayed here before when my daughter got married in 2022, but on the second floor, this stay was on the first floor! Would love to try the third floor next! Across from the beach but, it’s a quiet restful place, no drama!
