Hot tub was Great. Conveniently located. Worked out very well for 2 mid 70's and 1mid 70's man.Beds were a little high, but we figured it out. But the beds were comfortable.

Excellent host and property. The young folks all loved the pool, and we loved that we could sit so close and enjoy their fun. The home was very clean, well-maintained, lovely, and had everything we needed. The host was the best ever for communication, answering any questions and even got a fly swatter delivered within hours after I asked if there was one in the house. The gym area was very much appreciated by my son also. The kitchen had everything we needed, very thoughtful with stocking it. We had room to spread out and also spaces to cozy together. It’s a very safe area within a lovely neighborhood, convenient to a main road. I highly recommend this host and this home. We will definitely stay here again when visiting the Wilmington area.

Great place to stay! We loved the hot tub and pool. The beds were amazingly comfy. Loved all the pillows and the tv projector was great for watching hockey games on. I had an amazing 3-night stay here and truly didn’t want to leave. I absolutely loved this home—if it could be my forever home, it would be without a doubt. The space was beautiful, comfortable, and had such a warm, welcoming atmosphere.Everything about the environment stood out to me. It was peaceful, well-maintained, and thoughtfully put together, which made it easy to relax and feel at home right away. Great Property in Wilmington!

We visited Wilmington for a wedding and stayed at this property to be convenient to the wedding location. It was perfect! The property was clean and well-stocked. The property manager was fantastic with communication and if we had needed anything, I am sure she would have taken care of it immediately. We will stay here again when visiting family in the area.

Peaceful Oasis

We discovered this beautiful property as we researched a convenient place to stay as we passed through Wilmington on our way to Ocean Isle, NC. What a gem! Everything was as advertised and incredibly clean. The owner, Quenita was so cordial and helpful. I highly recommend this beautiful home and everything it has to offer! Best Wilmington Retreat

My group and I had an absolutely wonderful time staying at Peace of Happiness! It had everything you could need. It was clean, had amazing amenities, and Quenita, our host, was lovely! She responded quickly and was extremely helpful! The projector screen was so cool and perfect for movie nights! The hot tub was so relaxing after a long day! One of the best for good reason

This home isn’t just one of the best Vrbo stays I’ve experienced… it’s the best, hands down. It’s perfectly situated between downtown Wilmington and the beach, it offers unbeatable convenience with a grocery store just minutes away and a peaceful, charming neighborhood to come home to. The house was absolutely spotless upon arrival and fully stocked with everything we could possibly need, and then some.We made full use of the spacious kitchen, the beautiful backyard (which has one of the nicest hot tubs I’ve ever used), and the awesome projector setup that made for some unforgettable movie nights. The host was incredibly friendly, quick to respond, and very respectful. She was especially helpful as this was my first time booking a Vrbo on my own. They made the whole experience smooth and stress-free.I can’t recommend this place enough. If you’re considering booking, do it! you won’t be disappointed. My friends and I had an amazing time and I hope you will too!

Quiet Oasis

My wife and I stayed at this beautiful Wilmington home for 4 nights. We are considering moving to Wilmington so we used this trip to explore different neighborhoods in the City of Wilmington.The house is located in a quiet section of Wilmington about a 12 minute drive from the airport. The house is beautifully remodeled with modern day features. Everything is made with quality in mind. The kitchen is well equipped with cookware. I love the center island in the kitchen that also serves as a dining table. The master bedroom has an extremely comfortable king size bed. I had to look at the mattress to see what brand it is as I now want one myself. One of the most comfortable beds I have ever slept in. The master bathroom is beautifully remodeled with plenty of space. I loved having a hot tub and pool to use as the temperature outside was in the 90's. It was so nice to have the pool in the privacy of our own yard. There is a gas grill available in the yard to use. There are beautiful gardenia bushes in the yard that fill the area with the most intoxicating fragrance. Quesnita, our host, was very good at communicating with me. She would return my emails within minutes. She was very warm and welcoming and truly cared about our well being. My wife and I would be delighted to spend another trip at Quenita's house.
