Enjoy the serene setting and beautiful views from this home on over 5 Acres. This charming home features an open floor plan with exposed wood beams and large windows for plenty of natural light. This home is 5 minutes from Downtown Wilmington and 15 minutes from Mount Snow. 1/2 mile from Spruce Lake.
Enjoy the new 5 person Hot tub facing the woods and stream.

*- Pets are considered( type and Size) for a fee of $100/pet for 3 night stay. Please inquire about your pet prior to booking.
*- You can save 4% if you do not pay via CC. Direct payment methods are Venmo, Zelle or Wire.
*- When booking with CC the CC processing fee is no refundable. Any booking cancellation will be refundable based on the cancellation policy minus the CC processing fee for the amount paid.
