“My family was looking for a place to hide out from fireworks and let the pups swim!! The house was just what we needed. We heard a few fireworks mainly off in the distance so the pups weren’t overly bothered by them. The two bigger dogs loved playing in the pond and going for rides on my paddle board and the littles got to enjoy all the new smells! We didn’t catch any fish but we tried. Overall a perfect place to hideaway. ”

We had 4 generations under one roof for a long weekend and the house accommodated us perfectly. Tons of games for the kids and rooms big enough when we wanted to be together and enough space when we needed it. ”

“Property was right around the corner from all the shops, restaurants and bars in the Village of East Davenport. Every morning we would walk down to the delicious coffee shop and stroll down by the riverfront. The property had everything we could want, was very clean, and the location was perfect. The owner was excellent at communicating things we needed to know. We enjoyed our stay and would stay here again!”

“Stayed here after attending John Deere Classic. It was perfect. Close to our bus pick up location, very clean and had a great coffee shop a block away! It was a Sunday night stay and did hear 3-4 trains but they supplied ample ear plugs if you needed/wanted them. Great communication.”
