Welcome to The Aethelred Annexe, a stylish, newly built self-contained studio in peaceful St Cross, Winchester.

Enjoy a comfy double bed, modern shower room, fully equipped kitchenette with washer, microwave, and coffee maker, plus a 55-inch TV, free Wi-Fi and parking. We can provide an extra fold out bed and cot for families should you need it.

A short walk to the city centre and cathedral via the luscious river walks. Perfect for a relaxing stay or business trip in historic Winchester.

Had a lovely stay at the Aethelred Annexe! Great amenities and an incredibly generous host. It felt very warm and cozy and the bed was super comfy. Great location for a quick drive/ bus into the city centre. Would absolutely recommend.
