I seldom wrote comments since hotel.com invited me. Our room is on 3rd floor, it is not convenient if you have lots of big luggages. Thank house staff wait for us check-in because we met problem when travel, i.g., heavy rain and GPS broken lost our way. But please be patient, we didn't do it on purpose, we also wanted to arrive there earlier as possible. By the way, we were told that we could not bring food back, and were asked to put our bring food to my car for a whole night. It is better to write this limiation policy clearly on hotel.com website, and we knew the policy when we booked. Besides, the house provide parking lot on street but it is hard to find space. Finally, the room is clean and the location is good for Lake District.

excellent B&B stay experience

We stayed two nights at Bonny Brea Guest House. It takes a 7-minute walk from Windermere Train Station (2 minutes by taxi around GBP 3.70). The host, Teresa, is very friendly and well-organized. The bedroom is very clean, comfortable and specious. The breakfast is very sumptuous, fresh and hot. There are two supermarket (Coop/Sainsbury) and several delicious restaurants within a 3-minutes walk distance. It takes a 20-minutes walk to Bowness.

+房東太太人十分親切友好，會主動詢問當天行程規畫並提供專業的建議，早餐選擇有數樣，十分豐盛好吃，房間非常乾淨，舒適溫馨的小屋。提供的小餅乾很好吃，每天都會補充，還有熱可可及咖啡等....整體來說沒有不滿意的地方 *對於早上八點前要趕車的人要注意一下，因為早餐最早提供時間是8:15分。

1.旅館位置靠近車站。 2.生活機能很好，很方便 3.老闆親切、熱心 4.早餐很棒 5.唯一較不理想的的地方在於淋浴的水壓不夠充足

- 房間鐵床和床紗，頗有小顉風味， - 附近食館選擇多 - 沖涼房及洗手盆出水过慢， - 房內暖管祗會於18度或以下才自動開啟，对有需要者不方便，有待改善！

Great place to stay for visiting Windemere.

The guesthouse is close to train station as well as town center. Lots of restuarants, supermarkets, and shops nearby. Hostess Theresa is helpful and friendly.

Nice House for Backpackers.

House owner is very nice and the tourist information is very good. They will answer so nice if you have questions around Lake District. And they give good recommendation for the restaurant. The breakfast provided is tasted good and have a lot of choices. However, WiFi connection is weak and poor. And bathing water does not warm enough.

Very nice & decent hotel, shower needs improvement

The hotel was really nice and comfortable, convenient location, but the shower was very bad with extremely low water pressure that only little amount of water coming out.
