“Near the beach! Lovely condo ”

“This was our first time in Portland, and the location was perfectly suited for us to see everything! We were able to walk to restaurants and a little market around the corner. The home was easy to access and we were always able to find a parking spot. The unit itself was really nice, although the living room did not have enough seating for our travel party (four adults; there was a couch that technically could fit three people but not comfortably). The unit was very clean and there were plenty……

“This is a great spot for people who want to have all of the conveniences to help with young children, but access to one of Maine’s most beautiful beaches at their fingertips! Everything was clean and tidy, the pictures are exactly what you would expect. My wife is a beach and ocean lover so for us to be so close was a dream come true. Already planning our return trip!”

“Even with a snow/ice storm, the beach doesn’t disappoint! Beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and waves crashing. The condo was warm and cozy and I was very happy to be able to watch the Bruins on tv. Already planned my next visit!”

“Location could not have been better or easier to walk into downtown at night for dinner and drinks. Corner lot with private parking was great and plenty of seating and space for my wife, my daughter and me to be comfortable hanging out and working from here during the day. Will definitely stay here again on our next visit!”

“Had a great time! The listing needs to be updated with the correct access instructions and wifi info but otherwise smooth check in process. Steps away from the beach and easy parking. Good ample space for just the two of us , but there was sleeping spots for 6 but it would be a squeeze but could be okay if you’re planning on being out and about for most the day. Would definitely come back maybe when the amusement park is open, we didn’t realize it closed after Labor Day for the rest of summer……

“Wonderful location, steps from the beach. And what a beach it is! We were there off season, but it is close to everything you need. Had issue that TV didn't work due to corroded batteries, and wifi didn't work due network being unstable.”

“This was a great spot for a weekend away! The unit is well equipped with higher end finishes and furnishings which makes the u it well worth visiting. The roof deck was a lovely addition as well! We left on Sunday so was happy to be able to move the car close to the unit Saturday evening to make packing a breeze.”

“The house was really great - plenty of room and a nice and serene. Older house with squeaky and uneven floors but the decor and some modern makeovers made it have great character! Communicating with property manager was very easy and we got prompt responses. The only thing worth mentioning that needs attention is the little bridge to go over to get to the driveway. Luckily we have a higher car but anyone with a regular sedan would have bottomed out and/or possibly got stuck. I’m sure it was……
