“Very Nice!!”

“The house was as advertised. Neighborhood is quaint enjoyed our morning walks to the lake. We were visiting our son at UCONN and location was convenient to campus, the Hartford football and basketball arenas (15 minutes to all). Loved the Woke Breakfast and Coffee spot in Coventry so much that we went both mornings. One "watch out", the house is an older lake cottage and may not be ideal for people with mobility issues. Stairway to second floor is steep and narrow and rooms are small and……

“Great communication; cozy, rustic and spotless treehouse off the beaten path. Good restaurants in the area. Great antique and consignment finds within 30 minutes. Next time, we'll go when it's warmer out! Thanks again!”
