Clean and convenient. Worth noting that the car park has a height restriction so won't be suitable for the majority of overland vehicles.

The design of the room is fantastic. The room has an open solution with bath and living areas connected. This makes the room feel bigger and contributes to the artistic experience.

The kitchen staff was insanely noisy during dinner. It made it impossible to talk. Not work noise, just laughing and talking about personal things. Unprofessional.

The lobby of the hotel is pristine but the rooms are worn and somewhat tired. The carpet in our room was wet near the shower area and smelled a bit moldy and while the staff were helpful in changing our room, it wasn't a good sign. The rooms did appear to have new "smart" TVs but there didn't seem to be any way to connect them to the internet. This would be a great place to stay if the rooms were refreshed or upgraded.

The bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was good but they served the same thing every day, and the hot dishes were served cold, so they had to heat my plate every time. And I had to ask for slippers. Otherwise, a pleasant stay.

The Hilton was adequate for a short stay. Did not like the open concept of the bathroom in the room. Tiles were very slippery inear the shower. Bed was comfortable. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good but expensive if not included in the room rate. Location was ok for some sights but far from many of the restaurants. Really liked Windhoek as a city.
