“The floor was dirty. The fridge wasn't cool. The view was sub par I will go to another hotel.”

“The property has inadequate parking requiring parking across the street in an overflow lot which was also at times full. The room was clean but run down. The door was hard to open and shut and overall the property is run down.”

“I loved the kitchenette and good size fridge was very useful. Breakfast was OK. Very clean bathroom. The floor at the entrance was a little sticky, didn’t cause much discomfort took me two minutes to wipe with wet paper towel. Great location. Satisfied overall.”

“The breakfast and service was very good! Our room needed a clothing hook repaired and the walk in shower floor was cracked. Other than those things needing some maintenance attention, everything else was just fine. It was a very convenient location for us. I would stay again.”

“Overall this hotel has just gone downhill and is in need of a lot of maintenance. Our room was extremely humid and musty smelling, and even when we cranked on the A/C, it didn’t help. We’d stayed at this hotel pre-covid, and we had no complaints at that time. Now the entire building seems to be falling into disrepair, even the balconies look like they’re starting to fall. Will not be staying here again, which is sad because it’s very conveniently located.”

“Valet service is not really required as the communication from the Property led us to believe. We were told at check in that self-parking was available across the street. We did that and never had trouble finding a spot. The Bellhop service was excellent and offered good advice on several items. Pool was very good with lots of seating available. Ocean was less than a quarter mile and an easy path. Try to get a high floor to see the ocean from your room! Not a great view but makes you……

“We had a balcony room overlooking the pool so we were able to sit put there before dinner people watching and listening to the music coming from across the river. We walked to dinner each night, which was nice after a day of sightseeing and one afternoon the Airforce was practicing for an airshow that weekend. We were able to see the fly-bys from the balcony. We had a great visit.”
