As a first time visitor to the Casino we found the whole set up very confusing due to lack of signage. We had no idea what a 7 Star or Diamond member was or what line up to get into to register at the hotel and for a meal. I had to call to find out where to go to park. Signage said “self parking” ...

The property sits on a main road that only has an entrance/exit if going in a certain direction; if not approaching from that direction, you must enter via a bunch of small side streets and around the back-end of the parking lot, which is a bit confusing.
