We will agree to a warm reception, but we were also given help to carry our luggage up the stairs by staff. We really appreciated that. Great location with great access to local restaurants and of course Windsor Castle. Make sure you map out your drop off, we were dropped off at Rachel sandwich shop and they was just a short walk up the path to the hotel.

Great location, minutes from the castle. Well appointed room and comfortable bed. We were very grateful that the room had air conditioning being there during the hottest June days ever! Bathroom was ok but could do with an upgrade - the sink tap was a bit dodgy at times and the over-mirror light did not work. Other than that we were very satisfied.
