"This was a return visit to Golden Haven, and it's a great go-to choice. Rooms are spacious, clean, and the property is in a safe neighborhood within walking distance to town. Nice extras behind the property: ping-pong table, bocce ball, cornhole, and bicycles. The office staff is always friendly. I'd suggest water bottles in the room as Napa water (not just at this facility) is not the best tasting, but there is a water filtration station near the office. Look forward to our next visit. "Had a terrible experience. Our room heater didn’t work, we were charged more than the bookings initial cost. "

"Our stay was great! The parking was very easy and convenient. The room was very clean and spacious. There were nice amenities like Gym, pool and hot tub to name some. Complimentary breakfast had a nice array of options. One morning I came down and the coffee was empty, an employee came right out and asked if I wanted coffee and informed me more was being brewed and would be available within 5 minutes. 5 minutes later she came up to me took my cup and filled it with coffee. The staff was awesome! The location of this hotel is great too with many place to eat and shop and highway 101 very close. Applebees was located in the same parking lot! We are definitely coming back!"
