“We needed a place to stay while we visited our UNC students. This very cool downtown apartment close to campus was PERFECT! Even better than the pictures ! The space was very clean, bright, and comfortable. I loved the big windows and the balcony. The kitchen was better-stocked with dishes and utensils than most places we have stayed. The setup is perfect. We were so comfortable here! The hosts thought of everything! I was thankful for the designated parking spot. And the vibe of the coffee……

“This is the second time I stayed at this beautiful Victorian style house! My mom, my aunt and I love this place. It’s so cozy! Also close to so many places to eat. We like to thrift and antique in the area. Also enjoyed the Greeley history museum that’s close by. It’s very clean and has a nice kitchen. The host Kimberly is quick to text me back and answer questions! We will be back next year!!”

“Great neighborhood location. Clean, comfortable, nicely renovated buildings. Ours had four apartments - 2 upper and 2 lower. Easy walking distance (2-8 Blocks) to bars and restaurants, shopping, and Old Town area of Fort Collins. Lincoln Center performing arts theater is 2 blocks away. Proximity to bustling city means there is some road noise if the apartment fronts the street. (Ear plugs eliminated the noise for our second floor street-side apartment.) Highly recommended.”

“Literally the only one negative thing was someone playing basketball at 7am...but cheers to the guy for the live of the game!! Can't be mad. Loved this place and will stay at Erik's again. His communication skills should be taught in junior high! ”

“The specific unit rented was welcoming to pets with a separate direct access to a fenced area that included a grill and seating. 1.5 bathrooms, shower only. Hotplate only, no oven, but does have microwave and toaster oven although we couldn't get the toaster oven to work. Both a small freezer/fridge and separate mini drink fridge. Nextdoor grocery store (Safeway) permanently closing soon. A few short blocks from the 4th Street downtown area including dining, events, and a city museum. A few……

“FANTASTIC in every way. Our host absolutely had everything covered and was available to help us plan a wonderful extended stay. Check in was easy. The home was adorable with real furniture. Beds super comfy. Great shower. Best kitchen for actually cooking if you wanted. But, we were just a few blocks from Loveland’s Old Town when we wanted to eat out. They private yard was a great place to hang out with a sparkling clean hot tub, wonderful adirondack chairs around a pitfire, a clean……
