Bournemouth West Cliff Hotel & Spa
The room was decent and the hotel pleasant. The staff were friendly and the breakfast basic but absolutely fine. The main issue was the spa which needs some work and was not really fit for purpose on our visit

Bournemouth Highcliff Marriott Hotel
Yes all general amenities were good. the metal structure in the shower fell off, The heating packed up on our 2nd day, and the kettle steamed for a long time with a possibility of burns, the fridge did not get cold enough.
