“We had such a wonderful stay at the Retreat. It is a beautiful cottage with everything you need. Cosy and well appointed with gorgeous bedding and a kitchenette. The garden is full with f quaint touches and plenty of birdlife. Close to Bundanoon Pub where we met friends for lunch. Lovely hosts. Perfect weekend.”

“The Loft area worked very well for us. Two travellers and a dog. The space was very clean, the beds very comfortable, the bathroom had a great shower with lots of hot water and my granddaughter enjoyed the seperate bath each of our 4 nights. It rained our entire time and I have to sincerely thank our host, Lyndall, who put fresh large towels across our entrance each day knowing that 2 people with wet shoes and a dog with 4 wet paws needed to get in and dry off. A very nice breakfast was……

“We had a disappointing stay at this property. The house itself is ok, but the stay was let down by a lack of any attention to any detail. On arrival we found the garden was severely overgrown, with weeds well over our knee height, the kitchen cupboards and pots and pans were sticky and dirty, the glasses had lipstick stains on them and had to be washed before using, one room was empty of any furniture or furnishings apart from a built in cabinet and a tv...? The long life milk left in the fridge……

“This property is a great choice for a short stay in the area. The accomodation was very comfortable, clean, well-maintained and had everything we needed. The king bed was very comfortable, the shower hot, and the heating options meant we could escape the outside chill. The host had provided a range of breakfast options, and toiletries were also provided. All we needed were our toothbrushes and toothpaste! We would definitely stay again.”
