" The hot tub was nice, but overcrowded with young children and drunk adults drinking in the hot tub, when the sign states no food or drinks within 20 feet. But what really ruined my experience was when I checked I accidentally left my sephora bag on the front desk counter. When I discovered this the next morning, found out the manager took my bag to her home, rather than placing it in lost and found, then claimed it was an accident, when I saw her on camera taking it. I will not stay at a place that steals from guests!"

"Very unclean place. My husband and I were there for a hour and left. We took our daughter there for the night to visit the “waterpark” and it was so uncomfortable and so dirty we didn’t even stay the night. The couches in the room had stains. I took pictures of everything. My husband went to the bathroom in the pool area and the said the was a pile of dirty towels in there almost as tall as he is. The “waterpark” is a very misleading word to use. The water is absolutely freezing. My daughter would even go in it. I tried to walk in it to show her it wasn’t so bad and I couldn’t even handle it. Half of the “waterpark” didn’t even work or spray the water it was supposed too "
