When we got to the motel, no one was at the desk, so we called the number listed twice and no one picked up. Finally we get a call back, the front desk gal said she’ll be right there. She pulled up in a car and came through the front door and was just snippy the whole interaction. The rooms were ok, fairly clean. Parking was not great. But overall, the stay is reflected of the price.

I stayed in 103. And when I walked in, it smelled so bad, but it's coming from the sewer in the bathroom. So if you shut the bathroom door you're okay. It was okay for the price. The towels are dingy, the doors stick, and so it's hard to open and shut, so it makes a lot of noise, and I feel bad when people are sleeping or trying to sleep. All you hear are doors trying to open and shut It's the first time I'd ever been to a property that you have to call and somebody drives to the property and shows up to give you keys and then leaves. So I never really dealt with the staff. Overall, it was clean. The bed had a few stains on it which you could tell, they were washed sheets, though. Other than getting over the stickiness, and that dingy towels, it was a place to lay my head for the knight to keep driving to Arizona from Oregon.

We arrived at this hotel and we're told that due to a mistake our reserved room was given away to someone else. We were informed that the Roadway Motel about a mile down the street was a partner to this place and they would give us a room. We went to the Roadway and we're given a queen room even though I had paid for a king size. We were put in the direct area where they were doing major construction. The beds felt like they did not have a mattress on them but only a box spring. It was very dark where we were placed and not the safest looking area. We slept very uncomfortably and woke up very early and packed our stuff and got on the road by 5:00 a.m.. Technically this review is for the Roadway Motel except that I think that putting us in a very dark and under construction place was the fault of Signature Inn and they should have taken better care of us.

This property was clean and well maintained. Room repairs were done properly and professionally. Everything we needed was there including tooth brushes! Ram, the front desk host, was kind and accommodating. There are shops just a few blocks away. They have laundry machines for guests. Coffee and light breakfast was included. What else could you need?
